Terms of use
1. Scope
These terms apply to FlirtLogin, the sign-in service at auth.flirtlogin.com, and to the website flirtlogin.com. Both are provided by arimo GmbH, Heidenkampsweg 58, 20097 Hamburg, Germany (see the legal notice).
2. What FlirtLogin does
FlirtLogin lets you sign in to or register with our partner sites using an existing account at Google, Microsoft, netID or Yahoo. It confirms to the partner site who you are and passes on the data described in our privacy policy. FlirtLogin has no user accounts or passwords of its own.
Your account at a partner site is governed by that partner site's terms, and your provider account by your provider's terms.
3. Who may use FlirtLogin
You must be at least 18 years old, and you may only sign in with your own provider account.
4. Free service and availability
FlirtLogin is free of charge. We aim to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance or an outage at a provider. We may change the service or the supported providers, or discontinue the service, in particular for technical, security or legal reasons.
5. Prohibited use
You may not:
- use FlirtLogin with someone else's account or impersonate another person,
- access the service by automated means or in a way that places excessive load on it,
- try to circumvent its security measures or interfere with its operation.
We may block access to the service if these terms are violated.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, that is, an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of the service possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded. These limitations also apply to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and agents.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The version published on this page at the time you use FlirtLogin applies.
8. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
